Mental Performance is how we prepare our minds to meet the demands of what matters most, whether in sport, the arts, work, school, or everyday life. By developing mental skills and supporting well-being, we create the foundation to grow, adapt, and pursue our goals with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Mental Performance Consulting is a collaborative process where we strengthen your mental skills, build resilience, and support your overall well-being, so you can perform at your best when it matters most!

Sessions can take place one-on-one, with a team, or in small groups, and may involve active skill-building or reflective conversation, and it is always shaped by what works best for you.

These sessions are goal-focused, practical, and designed to help you develop skills that directly support your performance and well-being, in and out of sport.

Mental Performance Consulting is not psychotherapy and does not address mental health diagnoses or clinical concerns.

  • Mental performance consulting is a great fit if you want to improve how you show up in sport, performance, business, or a high-pressure situations.

    If you answer yes to any of the following questions, right now is not the time for mental performance consulting. Consider psychotherapy as an option.

    • Have you been diagnosed with a mental health diagnosis in the past 6 months and do not have a current practitioner supporting you for that concern? If you have been diagnosed but are being supported by a professional, you can attend mental performance consulting.

    • Are you under 12 years old? you must be a teenage or adult to receive my services.

I’m currently completing a Master of Human Kinetics (MHK) degree with a concentration in Mental Performance Consulting through the University of Ottawa. As part of my training, I’m offering mental performance services through a supervised internship, free of charge, until December 2025.
