Mental Performance & Skills Training
Mental performance refers to the ability to engage our skills, thoughts, emotions, and bodies effectively under varying levels of pressure.
Mental skills are the inner qualities we cultivate and the practical strategies that turn these qualities into consistent result.
Training supports the consistency needed to work toward your goals and the mental readiness required when it’s time to perform.

Services
Individual Mental Skills Training
This one-on-one program is a 10+ session experience designed to support your specific performance goals. We begin with collaborative goal-setting, then I design a personalized curriculum that guides our work together. Sessions may focus on a new mental skill each week or return to a central theme with layered learning over time, depending on what best supports you. Sessions are typically 45 minutes and are completed within three months to prioritize consistency for reflection, practice, and real-world application.
Personalized skill-building for your goals
Team Mental Skills Program
This option brings the same individualized, goal-driven approach to teams in sport, work, or other high-performance environments. After understanding your team’s needs, I create a tailored mental performance plan that may include topics such as communication, focus, confidence, leadership, or resilience. Sessions are typically two hours and can be delivered as a short series or integrated into an ongoing development plan, supporting both individual growth and team cohesion.
Customized mental skills training for teams
Targeted learning around key performance themes
Mental Skills Workshops
Workshops are available as a 1, 3, or 5-session package and are built around themes selected by a coach, leader, or organization. Using a brief intake form, I design each workshop to address your chosen focus areas with practical tools, discussion, and experiential learning. Workshops are typically three hours in length and are well-suited for teams, organizations, or groups looking for focused skill development without a long-term commitment.
