TO WRITE My approach to therapy is Person-Centered and Humanistic, which means that we work together to create the direction of your therapy journey. It is important to me to be a resource on your journey, I do this by integrating various approaches including Solution Focused, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion Focused psychotherapy. Therapy can be scary to start for a variety of reasons and in working together, I want you to feel heard and respected. We will work collaboratively to create a space of self-reflection and curiosity - during our sessions, there is room to explore.

Accessibility — What is the Curb-Cut Effect?
The Curb-Cut Effect refers to how designing for a specific need often ends up benefiting a much wider group of people.
It gets its name from curb cuts—those small ramps on sidewalks initially created to help wheelchair users.
Over time, they proved useful for parents with strollers, delivery workers with carts, travelers with luggage, and more.
On this website, I’ve applied the same principle by using a dyslexic-friendly font.
While it’s designed to help individuals with dyslexia, it also makes reading easier for many others, improving accessibility and readability for everyone.
